Smart Fitness is an online store supplying the SmartRun treadmill and additional Exercise Products and offers service and maintenance for all the items that we sell.

Delivery and Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are included for distribution within South Africa.

Signing for Goods:

Deliveries require a signature at the point of delivery. On signature, please check the package carefully for signs of possible damage, before signing to confirm that you have received them in good condition. It is possible that the outer packaging on heavier items may become damaged during transit. This should have no impact on the goods themselves which are well packed. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive a parcel, which is obviously damaged beyond a level of acceptability, please refuse delivery and we will resolve the problem in the best and quickest way possible.


Returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days of purchase and the following form must be completed. Please fill out at much information as possible so we can process your claim as soon as possible. Once you have completed this form, you will be contacted within 24 hours.

Should you wish to compliment or complain about any of our services, please do so via email to info@smartfitness.co.za we aim to deal with all correspondence within 24 hrs.

Site Availability:

We do not guarantee that our Site or Content will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error-free service. We may suspend our service for operational reasons such as repair, maintenance, or improvements, or otherwise in emergencies and we may change or discontinue the availability of any product, goods, or services at any time.


We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on the Website is correct. However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of material on the site. We may make changes to the information on the site from time to time without notice.


  • Please ensure that any fault is reported to Smart Fitness within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Handling charges will be applied to items that are used and returned.
  • No returns after 7 days – For any warranty claims, Smart Fitness will attempt to repair the item before replacing. Smart Fitness must be allowed the opportunity to repair or replace any faulty equipment.
  • Original Tax Invoice or a signed Delivery Note must be kept as proof of purchase  for any warranty claims


A warranty covers the product, no matter the location. To assess a defective product, the equipment needs to be returned to our workshop for assessment.
